Enjoy The Ride operates this store and website, including all related information, content, features, tools, products, and services in order to provide you, the customer, with a curated shopping experience (the “Services”).
Enjoy The Ride is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you.

Many of our products are made to order through a third-party print-on-demand production and fulfillment partner.

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase products from Enjoy The Ride.
We reserve the right to accept, decline, limit, or cancel an order at our discretion.
Your order is not considered accepted until payment has been successfully processed and the order has been confirmed.
Please review your order carefully before submitting it.
Because many of our products are made to order, orders may not be changed or canceled once production has begun.
We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate cancellation or change requests submitted before production begins, but we cannot guarantee that changes or cancellations will be possible.
If we cancel or modify an order, we will attempt to notify you using the email address, billing address, shipping address, or phone number provided with the order.
Purchases are subject to our separate Return & Refund Policy.
Products purchased from Enjoy The Ride are intended for personal or household use and may not be purchased for unauthorized commercial resale.
SECTION 4 — PRICES AND BILLING
Prices, discounts, promotions, and product availability may change at any time without notice.
The price charged for an item will be the price shown at the time the order is placed.
Unless otherwise stated, product prices do not include shipping, taxes, customs duties, import fees, or other applicable charges.
Applicable shipping and taxes will be displayed during checkout.
You agree to provide accurate and complete billing, payment, and account information.
You represent that you are authorized to use any payment method submitted in connection with a purchase.
SECTION 5 — SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Enjoy The Ride products are produced and fulfilled through third-party production and fulfillment partners, including Printful.
Shipping options, shipping charges, and estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout where available.
Production and delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
Delivery may be affected by production volume, carrier delays, weather, holidays, customs processing, incorrect addresses, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Once an order has shipped, tracking information may be provided when available.
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address.
Additional charges may apply if an order must be reshipped because an incorrect or incomplete address was provided.
Please contact us if your package appears to be lost, significantly delayed, or delivered incorrectly.
SECTION 6 — RETURNS, REFUNDS, AND PRODUCT ISSUES
Because our products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for incorrect size selection, change of mind, or buyer’s remorse.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or misprinted, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide clear photographs showing the issue.
Approved claims may be resolved with a replacement or refund depending on the circumstances.
Damaged, defective, or misprinted items do not need to be returned unless we specifically request a return.
Customers should review all product descriptions, sizing information, and order details carefully before completing a purchase.

Enjoy The Ride is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you.
However, purchases made through our store are transactions directly between you and Enjoy The Ride.
Shopify is not responsible for products purchased through Enjoy The Ride or for injuries, damages, losses, claims, or disputes arising from those transactions.
By using the Services, you acknowledge that Shopify is not the seller of products offered through Enjoy The Ride.
